After questioning whether or not he was even a Quarterback, Tyrone Swoopes has turned into quite a fine signal caller, just seven games into the 2014 season. After never throwing for 300 yards in his career, Swoopes has now done so in back-to-back games as the Texas QB. We'll hear from teammates and coaches are all in on Swoopes.

The Spurs continue to get ready for their NBA title defense. Monday the Silver and Black welcomed the Sacramento Kings into the AT&T Center.

Texas State got top billing Tuesday, playing football on national TV against Louisiana-Lafayette. But the game was the exact opposite of what the Bobcats were hoping for. The Ragin' Cajuns got up big early and rolled the Cats 34-10.

As for the Texas football team, their losses keep piling up, but the Longhorns say they are getting closer and closer to learning how to win. The team has a strong defense and Tyrone Swoopes is starting to get it.

In a strange twist, former Texas quarterback David Ash is turning his attention to baseball. Ash had to quit football because of concussion-related symptoms earlier this year, but he recently threw for UT pitching coach Skip Johnson. He did not play baseball in high school, but is giving it a shot.

We talk to Chip Brown from HornsDigest.com about Ash, the loss to Oklahoma, and much more.

The Longhorns loss to Oklahoma on Saturday was a tough one to swallow, and the fourth loss they've had to stomach this season.

One of the things that made it a more difficult loss to endure, was how close they came to upsetting the Sooners, but the good news about that, is there is progress being made. Charlie Strong and the team address those issues and how they plan to make the necessary adjustments before Iowa State comes to town on Saturday.

The Baylor Bears are not upset with how they performed against TCU this weekend. The Bears are now 6-0 and very happy about it. Bryce Petty talks about their ability to come back from a 21-point deficit against the Horned Frogs.

Travis Recek meets up with the reigning champion Spurs after they traveled to Berlin, Germany and Istanbul, Turkey for some preseason action.

Plus Max Olson of ESPN.com joins us in-studio to talk about all things Big-12, and we head out to ONNIT to 'Experience Fitness' on this Monday. All that and more on this edition of Sports Night.
