Country outlaw Willie Nelson donated all the money from his 80th birthday party—and then some—to relief efforts in West, Texas.

The legendary country outlaw gave more than $120,000. Of that, $81,000 was donated to directly benefit the West volunteer fire department.

Most of that money was raised during his annual birthday celebration at The Backyard in Austin, which doubled as a West fundraiser.

Another $40,000 was given to Abbott, which is Nelson's hometown.

Fifteen people killed in the fertilizer plant blast April 17, another 200 were injured. Officials are still trying to determine what caused the ammonium nitrate to explode. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
