The Austin City Limits Music Festival is the talk of the town this week, but another very ‘fun’ fest is just around the corner.
Austin Business Journal Editor Colin Pope said the Fun Fun Fun Fest at Auditorium Shores has grown since it got its start in 2006. The eclectic three-day fest has everything from quirky and alternative artists to acts that may have been big decades ago.
Case and point, this year’s headliner is Run DMC. Despite the fest’s growing popularity --5,000 people attended last year -- creator James Moody says don’t expect it to get much bigger.
