An upgraded on-screen navigation guide will be available to Digital TV customers in Austin and San Antonio this week.
The new guide will be available to Austin digital customers on Aug. 21 and in San Antonio on Aug. 22. The new guide makes it even easier for customers to find their favorite channels, search Time Warner Cable On Demand movies and shows, and use Digital TV features like Start Over® and Look Back®. The new guide also features a sleek new design and color scheme. Some additional features digital customers will immediately experience with this upgrade:
• The “A” button on the Time Warner Cable remote control brings up “Find Channels,” allowing customers to find their favorite programming by category on hundreds of Digital TV channels more easily.
• The “B” button on the Time Warner Cable remote control brings customers to a more intuitive “Search” screen, where they can look for movies or shows on both the TV schedule and among the thousands of Time Warner Cable On Demand choices available anytime.
• Intuitive on-screen prompts for using Digital TV features like Start Over and Look Back.
“Our new guide is designed to help our Digital TV customers enjoy all the programming they receive from Time Warner Cable better,” said Gordon Harp, regional VP operations, for Time Warner Cable in Texas. “This upgraded guide makes it easy for customers to find the content they want, whether it’s on one of the hundreds of Digital TV channels we offer, or a movie or program available anytime via Time Warner Cable On Demand.
The upgraded guide will roll out in other parts of Texas by the end of the year. To learn more about the new guide, visit www.timewarnercable.com/guide.
