Update: Cedar Park police have released the names of the four people shot at a Walmart parking lot Sunday morning.

The injured are:

18-year-old Cody McGrath
19-year-old Zacharia Gietl
19-year-old Shayne Davis
22-year-old Leland McGlocklin

As of last check, three of the victims were still in the hospital. Police say the group had been at a party with suspected shooter, 18-year-old Soloman Onwukaife. Police say they went to the Walmart parking lot to settle a disagreement.

Onwukaife is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Earlier: Sunday morning’s shooting at a Cedar Park Walmart which sent four people to the hospital with gunshot wounds stemmed from a “disturbance” at a nearby party earlier in the night, according to Cedar Park Police Chief Henry Fluck.

Chief Fluck said two groups at the party, all between the ages of 18 and 19, agreed to meet at the parking lot of the Walmart around 4:30 a.m. to settle the dispute.

During the altercation, police say 18-year-old Soloman Onwukaife wielded a pistol and fired several shots.

Four people were struck by the gunfire and taken to nearby hospitals. One was treated and released. The other three remain in “critical but stable” condition, according to Chief Fluck.

"The responding patrol officer got there very promptly, within three to four minutes of the call, and he confronted the suspect at gunpoint,” Chief Fluck said. “The suspect complied with the first arriving officer."

The suspect, Onwukaife, was also injured during the fight and was transported by emergency crews to a hospital. According to police, he is still being treated for his wounds and is under police guard. Upon his release, he will be charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and booked into Williamson County Jail, Chief Fluck said.

At the Sunday afternoon press conference, the police chief emphasized that no customers or employees of Walmart were involved or injured during the altercation.

Police are still working with Walmart to retrieve video from surveillance installed across the retailer’s parking lot.
